The doctor I saw was very dry and not a great bed side manner. She comes in and introduces herself and asks any questions? I say no and she shoves the clip board at me and said signed this. Very dry and I didn't appreciate that. On the other hand the staff up front and in the back were very comforting and knowledgeable. The Dr can use some work. Otherwise I would have gave a 5 star.

Had appointment with PA for back pain evaluation for possible surgery. Explained test results thoroughly and provided options and pain management suggestions. Listened intentionally and responded with compassion. Was a positive, informative experience.

The first. Important thing is the reception staff are very pleasant and happy to see me as if their job depends on me visiting and that I am being looked after. The admin people/ Nurses who take me to the room and take my blood pressure are also very attentive and took notes about my prescriptions and about notifying my existing Specialist Doctors of my changes to my Advantage Plan. My PCP is always great and is the reason I am at this Banner facility. My PCP (Rodriquez) made the right decision to relocate here.

Today I had an appointment scheduled with Gia, who is the NP. She was one of the most knowledgeable providers I have ever experienced. She spent a lot of time trying to establish a relationship and discuss my concerns. She genuinely seemed like she cared. I know several people who see her as well and they say nothing but good things. It’s also extremely convenient that Sonora quest is located within the the clinic. I was able to walk right in and have an annual blood draw without waiting. Jamie did my blood draw. and her energy from the very beginning was contagious. I hate getting my blood drawn and she just made the experience that much better. I would recommend this location to anybody.

This location booked me appt for a wellness check up for my son. The appt was put incorrectly which costed me $30. After finding out it was a mistake I was refunded. I gave this location another chance when my son needed mole bumps removed. The provider (gundrathi) schd my sons appt for 2 weeks out because the appt needed to go through my insurance. I show up today after confirming my appt 2 times via text to find out insurance was not notified of the visit nor the procedure. I was also notified by the medical assistant that they did not have the chemicals to do the procedure and it was not ran through insurance and they did not know about it. After talking with them, they decided to run the procedure through my insurance and I would’ve had to pay $700 out-of-pocket. I then walked out of the appointment, which I wasted my time and my money coming to and my son got nothing done. This location will waste your time. Please choose otherwise.
